After entering the intestine, Lizhisu® is absorbed by the body. It improves the efficiency of amino acid synthesis in the liver and activates liver cells, which convert fat into the yolk and cause the yolk to enlarge. At the same time, it promotes the liver’s secretion of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol, which is further converted into 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol under the action of the kidneys. These substances promote calcium absorption in the oviduct during eggshell formation, thereby increasing egg weight and giving the egg a more compact, rounded shape.
